Included in our company are four divisions. Our rental division services historic rental properties that have been fully restored and inspected by our company. Several individuals use our webstie to market their rental properties but be assured, we only allow those that meet our criteria to list on this website.
The next two divisions include a small excavation company called Little Excavator and small dump trailer division called Little Dumper. We tackle the little jobs the big companies don't want. The last division is our home improvement or handyman service. All of our divisions are insured for your protection. Services from these divisions are available to Daytonians in the Dayton and surrounding area.
