While doing historic rehabs in the Huffman Historic District, I found there is a need for someone to do small excavation jobs and have the right equipment. You can not get large equipment in some areas because the yards and property easements are not that big.

That's where the LITTLE EXCAVATOR comes in handy. We will provide an operator and equipment, get the job done quickly, then clean up and move on so you can do your job. We specialize in under ground PVC schedule 40 down spout feeds. We will not install the black ribbed tubing because they eventually clog up with leaves.

Doing any major digging, putting in a drvieway or garage foundation yourself. We dig, you do the rest of the work for yourself or we can provide additional labor for that project.
